A few weeks ago, I tried to download and install the latest release of skype from the official homepage, but I always got some errors while installing the websetup/online installer.
So, I tried to find a way to download from their server the full offline installer, so that I can install Skype without needing an internet connection to complete the process.
And now, I decided to share it to you, in case you are also having dificulties completing the install. (Note: the download link below is the official latest stable version of skype full offline installer, not thebeta release .)

Skype 6 for Windows and Mac has been released with a focus on improving integration with existing Microsoft Messenger and Facebook services. Skype users can now log-in through their Microsoft or Facebook accounts as well as their regular Skype one. Skype now supports IM conversations with Messenger contacts as well as other Skype and Facebook friends.
Version 6 also debuts a simplified visual design in keeping with the flattened and minimalist approach adopted in Windows 8.
